Order and Payment Policy

Order Policy:

1) Ordering is simple. Just click on Order Now to order your desired products and you'll be directed to your shopping cart.

2) It is important to include all the required details in the Order Form.

3) All information provided by Box Tree's customers is strictly private and confidential.

4) All orders will be confirmed with a confirmation email by Box Tree within 24 hours.

5) After orders are confirmed, full payment is to be made within 3-5 days from the confirmation email. If payments are not received, orders will be cancelled.

6) Once the full payment is received, your orders will be processed and you will receive your items within 7 working days (* depending on the destination).

7) Orders are only available for East and West Malaysia at the moment. For overseas enquiries, kindly drop us an e-mail at enquiry@boxtreegifts.com. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.


Payment Policy:

1) Orders are only valid upon full payment made.

2) Payment can be made via:
  • Cash on delivery (on case to case basis)
  • Direct Bank-in (Maybank account: 1141-6076-6512; Johnathan Teh Boon Tzen) - banked-in slip is required to be faxed over to us at +603-7781 5561/emailed to us at sally@boxtreegifts.com as proof of payment
