1) Goods will take approximately 7 working days to be delivered to you.

2) Box Tree will not be held responsible for any lost mails.

3) Buyers will have to bear the shipping charges. All shipping services will be done via Parcel Post or PosLaju.

4) For items below 1kg, Parcel Post charges are as follows:

- Within Klang Valley: RM3.50
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM3.50
- Peninsular to Sarawak: RM8.00
- Peninsular to Sabah: RM8.00

5) For items below 1kg, PosLaju charges are as follows:

- Within Klang Valley: RM8.00
- Peninsular Malaysia: RM10.00
- Peninsular to Sarawak: RM15.50
- Peninsular to Sabah: RM19.00
