Terms and Conditions

1) All prices stated are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

2) All goods are at fixed price unless stated.

3) Minimum purchase of at least RM20.

4) Your orders will only be valid when we have received full payment.

5) There will be NO exchange or refund.

6) Box Tree will ensure that goods are of good quality and safely packed before delivery.
However, we will not be responsible for any lost mails.

7) Box Tree has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products
that appear on our site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

8) Box Tree reserves the right to change any of our policies without prior notice.

9) All items listed are subject to stock availability.

10) In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Box Tree shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. Box Tree shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment already made. In this instance full payment made will be refunded.
